My story

I didn't stumble into this. I built it by design.

I spent years in corporate. Coca-Cola, business development, sales targets, Monday dread. I was good at it. But I wanted something different. Something that could work around school pickups without looking like it was.

So I went hard. Built a VA business from scratch, figured out what worked (and what absolutely didn't), went fully booked, and then repositioned from generalist to executive-level operator working with high-profile founders and TV personalities.

That evolution is exactly what I help women navigate now. Not theory. The actual path, built from doing it myself.

Now I run the Start-Up & Scale Lab and work with a small number of operators directly so they can build structured income, attract premium clients, and run a business that doesn't require being on all the time.
