This Agreement is Made Between

Coach, Sinead Brace
and
The Coachee, referred to as “Client.”

Terms
This agreement begins upon acceptance by the Client and payment of the program fee.

The services provided by Sinead Brace include:

3 x Monthly 50-Minute 1:1 Coaching Calls
Unlimited Email and Voice Note Support
Coaching is based on Sinead’s personal experience in building a successful virtual business. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or counseling.

Coaching Relationship
The relationship between Coach and Client is built on mutual respect and collaboration. The Coach commits to providing honest, direct guidance, while the Client agrees to actively participate, communicate openly, and take responsibility for their outcomes.

The Coach cannot guarantee specific results. If the Client feels the coaching is not meeting their expectations, they agree to communicate this and work with the Coach to maximize the value of the program.

Payments and Fees
Payment Terms: Either upfront payment or on a payment plan as agreed,

All fees are non-refundable, and payment plans must be honored in full.
Payment is accepted via Stripe or PayPal. Clients are financially responsible for all payments agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Commitment:

By acknowledging this agreement and securing a place in the program, the Client acknowledges and agrees that payments are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, even if the Client chooses not to complete the program.
The Client is responsible for any fees incurred by a debt collection agency in the case of non-payment.

Missed Payments:

The Client agrees to have sufficient funds available at least three (3) days before a scheduled payment. Failed payments will incur a $10 AUD charge per day until resolved.

Program Duration:

This coaching program is delivered over three months. All coaching calls must be used within this timeframe.

Refund Policy
Due to the extensive time and effort required to provide these services, all payments are non-refundable. Chargebacks will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Confidentiality
Both the Coach and Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or business information shared during coaching sessions.
The Client agrees not to share proprietary coaching materials or methods provided by the Coach.
Intellectual Property Protection
The coaching materials provided by Sinead Brace, including documents, templates, or other resources, are proprietary and protected under intellectual property laws. Clients may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Legal and Financial Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that:

The Coach is not a lawyer, accountant, therapist, or financial advisor.
Coaching services are not a substitute for professional advice in these areas. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for legal, financial, or medical issues.
Success depends entirely on the Client’s actions, commitment, and circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding financial or business outcomes.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Coaching calls must be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice via email.
Calls canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited unless an emergency occurs, at the sole discretion of the Coach.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. However, all payments owed by the Client up to the termination date remain due.

Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland. Both parties agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the courts of Queensland.

Miscellaneous
The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Declaration

I understand that I am working with Sinead Brace for professional coaching at the agreed fee. Coaching is distinctly different from therapy or medical treatment.
By acknowledging this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
